To be placed on our Small Works Roster you must be properly licensed/ registered to perform work in the State of Washington and you must complete and return the following application. We also recommend you attach a current job resume of recent projects/ business references to your application.

Washington State Prevailing Wage laws (RCW 39.12) shall apply to all public works contracts.
