♦ MOTION – to approve the month to month lease between the Port of Skamania and
Halo Life LLC for the space known as Tichenor Suite 70i at the monthly lease rate of
$125.00. The Commission acknowledges the security deposit is less than the 1-year statutory deposit.
Discussion / Action – Ecology Application to remove Restrictive Covenant from
Cascades Business Park. Agreement_
♦MOTION—to authorize Director Albaugh to complete the application to remove the
Restrictive Environmental Covenant on the Cascades Business Park
