Draft Lease Amendment 1 High One LLC_kbwredlines (1) Draft 2 Revised (Full Rate at April 1, 2022)
–MOTION– to approve amending the lease for High One LLC allowing for an extension of the August 31, 2022 deadline to September 30, 2022, to acquire all permits and licenses required to grow and operate as a Tier 3 cannabisa grow and production facility. And to extend the lease amount of $5064.00 plus Washington State Leasehold Excise Tax thru September 30, 2022 and to adjust the rental fee of $9,000 plus Washington State Leasehold Excise Tax for the months of October through March 2023 and increasing to $12,684.00 plus Washington State Leasehold Excise Tax beginning April 1, 2023. All monthly Leasehold Excise Tax will be based on the full lease rate of $12,684.00 regardless of the reduced lease rate.
